Our commitment to data protection and privacy

Henriques Moldes complies with all applicable EU and Portuguese law on data protection, privacy and information security. We are implementing a Personal Data Protection System and an Information Security System to ensure compliance and demonstrate accountability in these matters.

Definitions

Taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing, Henriques Moldes and its processors apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

As data subjects, users, suppliers and customers may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of or objection to processing, as provided by law.
